White River State Park is one of the go-to outdoor destinations nearby, with trails, green space, and major attractions in an urban park setting.  Closer to home, Walk Score also notes nearby parks in the area.  If you like mixing outdoor time with city convenience, you’ll have good options for a quick walk, a bike ride, or a longer weekend outing. 

Yes. The Stella is steps from a Red Line rapid transit station, which can be especially convenient if you plan to use public transportation for commuting or getting around Indianapolis.

Yes. Our community is located close to the IU Health campus, making the location convenient for renters who regularly travel to that part of Indianapolis.

Our community amenities include a rooftop deck, a sparkling pool with an elevated courtyard, a community lounge, and a coffee bar.  We also have outdoor gathering spaces like a firepit lounge and grilling stations, plus conveniences like elevators and indoor bike storage.  These shared spaces are designed to make it easy to relax, host friends, or recharge without leaving home. 

Yes, we offer a fitness center that’s available 24/7.  That flexibility is great for early workouts, late-night sessions, and everything in between. If you want to see the equipment and layout, we can show you the space during a tour. 

Yes, parking is available, and we offer a parking garage.  We also provide indoor bike storage if you prefer to ride around town.  

Yes, we allow up to two pets per apartment.  If you have questions about restrictions, our team can walk you through the policy and any next steps. 

Yes. We have a package delivery room available as one of our community conveniences, making it easier to receive deliveries at home.

Yes. The Stella includes a pet park within the community, giving residents with dogs a convenient outdoor space close to home.

We offer studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartment homes.  Our layouts are designed with open-concept living in mind, so it’s easy to set up a dedicated work area, a dining nook, or a cozy living room. For the best fit, we recommend touring a couple of options so you can compare natural light and flow in person. 

Yes, every home includes a washer and dryer.  That means you can handle laundry on your own schedule without hauling baskets to a shared room. It’s a small feature that tends to make day-to-day life a lot easier. 

Our modern kitchens include stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.  You’ll also find details like a tile backsplash, soft-close cabinets, and finishes selected for a clean, contemporary look.
